Where it all began

Rachael is the founder and Managing Director of Emapthia ltd which was created in 2024.

Rachael comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience within the care industry.

She began her career as a community support worker for the Worcestershire county council, where she gained valuable knowledge in caring for vulnerable adults in the community. She spent several years gaining more experience, including working as a health care assistant at Malvern Community Hospital

At the age of 30, she decided to take her career further by starting a Nursing Degree at the University of Worcester, where she Graduated with Honours in 2016.

Rachael focused her Nursing Career in the Community where she worked as a community nurse for 5 years and became a Senior community Nurse for a further 2 years.

Her passion and dedication to working in the community of where she was brought up as a child, is what dervived the birth of Empathia.

Rachael’s aim is to continue her love for community care, through creating a bespoke care company for vulnerable adults in their on home.
