As a bank worker, you'll have the flexibility to choose shifts that suit your schedule while gaining experience in a rewarding, varied role.
What You’ll Do
Provide one-to-one or group support to individuals in their homes or community settings
Support service users with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication, budgeting, or accessing local services
Promote independence, choice, dignity, and wellbeing in line with individual support plans
Work alongside families, social workers, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes
Maintain accurate records and report any concerns appropriately
About You
We’re looking for compassionate, reliable, and flexible individuals who:
Have previous experience in a care or support role (desirable, but not essential – full training provided)
Are passionate about making a positive impact in people’s lives
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Can work independently and as part of a team
Are available to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Hold a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable, depending on location)
